BricsCAD customers should use the Bricsys support portal

Maintenance customers who use Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence (ALI) software products receive technical support via Smart Community.
Smart Community is Hexagon ALI’s Customer Response Management System (CRMS) and is available worldwide to all customers who purchase maintenance in conjunction with software either direct from Hexagon ALI or from one of its distributor partners.
In case you have questions or issues that cannot be solved via Smart Community, please send us an e-mail or call us at +47 900 82 212.
